Think of it as a fun Boot Camp for kidz & families. We will do some movement meditations with breathing, followed by some yoga stretches and core work. MYCARM incorporates some fun martial arts movements with your entire body : strength, control and range of motion are just a few of the benefits. A Ready Challenge is a varied individual test that can be used as measurable data used for charting student progress.

Think of Mindz as a high school/college formatted Peer2Peer small group study. The session will start off with some fun brain games followed immediately by an individual organization/identification time for goal setting. We will split into appropriate subject based groups that will allow for silent individual study time and Peer2Peer interactions. Also, there will be 1/1 time with every study every class. The session will conclude with a verbal self-reflection by students.

Basketball Clinic - 4:15-5:30pm

Small Group Fundamental & Skill Based Training
Every clinic will provide individual based instruction on the fundamentals of basketball. Games and scrimmages will be incorporated to ensure a fun environment for team based instruction, providing all the kids with the opportunity to improve their overall game and confidence.
